We request you furnish us your Nursery Certificate number and applicable sales tax exemption number prior to the time of purchase. We are WHOLESALE ONLY Our normal terms are cash except for customers with approved credit. They are allowed net 30 days from invoice date. Past due accounts are assessed a service charge of 1˝% per month, 18% annually on unpaid balance plus cost of collection, if any. Prompt payment of invoice is good business.
All prices are FOB Stephenville, TX. Prices are intended only for the wholesale trade and are subject to change without verbal or written notice. We accept all orders subject to crop conditions. All orders shall be void should injury befall our stock from hail, fire, frost or other causes beyond our control. All orders are accepted without liability for nonperformance if labor shortages or delay in transportation prevented us from making delivery. We make one request: PLEASE UNLOAD THE TRUCK UPON ARRIVAL
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use or resale of goods, such as sales tax, or any other local tax are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are open for business from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday by Appointment only. (February-May Only) Our pick up customers are some of our best friends in the industry and your business if greatly appreciated. Our goal is to make your buying experience a pleasant one. In order for that to happen a few simple guidelines need to be followed:
Bring a tarpaulin or suitable covering to protect your purchase if you are loading an open trailer. We do not furnish that material. Once the product has left our nursery we cannot be held liable for and damage incurred during shipping.
Volume Discounts and Freight Charges We guarantee our plants to be well grown and true to name, however, due to conditions beyond our control, we do not guarantee survival of plant material. |

Our
prices are based on current market conditions and are subject to
change without notice. Our inventory changes constantly. Please
contact for most price and availability.
While
we don't expect any claims, occasionally one may occur. If you
have a valid claim, please call us immediately upon arrival of
plants and tell us about the discrepancy, then note the
discrepancy on the delivery copy and mail it back to us within 5
days of delivery date. We shall be glad to rectify any mistakes
made by us, but in no case will liability exceed the purchase
price.
We
ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance of your
scheduled pickup time and let us know your estimated time of
arrival. If there are changes on your original order, please
call and let us know prior to pickup. This will eliminate any
further delays once you are at the nursery.
Check
in at the office as soon as you arrive at the nursery. Our sales
or customer service staff will be on hand to greet you.
